กฎหมาย พระราชบัญญัติป้องกันและปราบปรามการค้ามนุษย์ พ.ศ.๒๕๕๑

              มาตรา ๗  ผู้ใดกระทำการดังต่อไปนี้ต้องระวางโทษเช่นเดียวกับผู้กระทำความผิดฐานค้ามนุษย์

              (๑) สนับสนุนการกระทำความผิดฐานค้ามนุษย์

                (๒) อุปการะโดยให้ทรัพย์สิน จัดหาที่ประชุมหรือที่พำนักให้แก่ผู้กระทำความผิดฐานค้ามนุษย์

                (๓) ช่วยเหลือด้วยประการใดเพื่อให้ผู้กระทำความผิดฐานค้ามนุษย์พ้นจากการถูกจับกุม

                 (๔) เรียก รับ หรือยอมจะรับทรัพย์สินหรือประโยชน์อื่นใดจากผู้กระทำความผิดฐานค้ามนุษย์เพื่อมิให้ผู้กระทำความผิดฐานค้ามนุษย์ถูกลงโทษ

                 (๕) ชักชวน ชี้แนะ หรือติดต่อบุคคลให้เข้าเป็นสมาชิกขององค์กรอาชญากรรมเพื่อประโยชน์ในการกระทำความผิดฐานค้ามนุษย์

Unofficial Translation

              Section 7. Any person who commits any of the following acts shall be liable to the same punishment as the offender of an offense of human trafficking: 

             (1) abetting the commission of an offense of human trafficking; 

             (2) supporting by providing property to, procuring a place for meeting or lodging for the offender of human trafficking; 

             (3) assisting by any means so that the offender of human trafficking may not be apprehended; 

             (4) demanding, accepting, or agreeing to accept property or any other benefits from the offender of human trafficking to preclude him or her from being punished; 

            (5) inducing, suggesting, or contacting a person to become a member of an organized criminal group, to commit an offense of human trafficking.
