       มาตรา ๑๗๕* ผู้ใดเอาความอันเป็นเท็จฟ้องผู้อื่นต่อศาลว่ากระทำความผิดอาญา หรือว่ากระทำความผิดอาญาแรงกว่าที่เป็นความจริง ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินห้าปี และปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งแสนบาท

          Section 175. Any person who, based on a false statement, charges another in a court for the commission of a criminal offence or the commission of a more severe criminal offence than it is, shall be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years and to a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand baht.
