       มาตรา ๑๘๔*  ผู้ใดเพื่อจะช่วยผู้อื่นมิให้ต้องรับโทษ หรือให้รับโทษน้อยลง ทำให้เสียหาย ทำลาย ซ่อนเร้น เอาไปเสีย หรือทำให้สูญหายหรือไร้ประโยชน์ ซึ่งพยานหลักฐานในการกระทำความผิด ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินห้าปี หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งแสนบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ

          Section 184. Any person who, to assist any other person for such person not to be punished or for such person’s punishment to be commuted, damages, destroys, conceals, takes away or renders lost or useless evidence of the commission of an offence shall be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years or to a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand baht or to both.
