       มาตรา ๓๖๐*  ผู้ใดทำให้เสียหาย ทำลาย ทำให้เสื่อมค่าหรือทำให้ไร้ประโยชน์ ซึ่งทรัพย์ที่ใช้หรือมีไว้เพื่อสาธารณประโยชน์ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินห้าปี หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งแสนบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ

      Section 360. Any person who damages, destroys, causes depreciation, or renders useless a thing used or provided for public benefit shall be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years or to a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand baht or both.
