        มาตรา ๓๖๖/๓*  ผู้ใดโดยไม่มีเหตุอันสมควร ทำให้เสียหาย เคลื่อนย้าย ทำลาย ทำให้เสื่อมค่าหรือทำให้ไร้ประโยชน์ ซึ่งศพ ส่วนของศพ อัฐิ หรือเถ้าของศพ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสามปี หรือปรับไม่เกินหกหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ

       Section 366/3.* Any person who, without a valid reason, damages, removes, destroys, causes depreciation, or renders useless a corpse, its part, bones, or cremated remains shall be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to a fine not exceeding sixty thousand baht or both.
