           มาตรา ๓๔  เมื่อคู่ความร้องขอและมีเหตุอันสมควร ศาลอาจอนุญาตให้คัดคำเบิกความพยานและรายงานกระบวนพิจารณาของศาลได้ โดยกำหนดวิธีการและเงื่อนไขตามที่เห็นสมควร

          Section 34. Upon request made by a party and supported by a reasonable ground, the Court may grant permission for testimonies of witnesses and reports of court proceedings to be copied following the procedures and on the conditions as it deems appropriate.
