           มาตรา ๑๑*ให้คณะกรรมการมีอำนาจหน้าที่ดังนี้

           (๑) เสนอความเห็นต่อรัฐมนตรีเกี่ยวกับการควบคุม การส่งเสริม และการออกประกาศเกี่ยวกับพืช

           (๒) ให้คำแนะนำ หรือคำปรึกษาแก่รัฐมนตรีในเรื่องเกี่ยวกับพืช

.          Section 11. The Committee shall have the power and duties as follows:

           (1) to submit opinion to the Minister on the control, promotion, and issue of Notification in respect of plants;

           (2) to give advice and recommendations to the Minister in respect of plants.
